   Act as a Subject Owner (SO) for developing training solutions to meet specific Etihad Engineering Technical Training (EYETT) requirements in line with CAR/Part-147 or CAR/Part-66 regulations.

   Analyse training requirements, conduct and evaluate Job Analysis (JA) as well as Gap Analysis (GA) in order to generate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and in doing so to identify training solutions which satisfy the needs of the EYETT.
  </li>
  <li>
   Generate a Training Syllabus (TS) from the TNA or the direct stipulated requirements which supports the training courses delivered by EYETT.
  </li>
  <li>
   Production of suitable and sufficient training course material for effective delivery of the subjects to EYEngTT requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Deliver efficient and effective training in accordance with EYETT policies, processes and best practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act in the capacity of invigilator for examinations conducted by EYETT.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop their own skills and subject knowledge base by methods such as observing colleagues and attending training courses.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure that Training Managers are kept informed as to the state of compliance of the organization with regards to CAR/Part-147 or CAR/Part-66.
  </li>
  <li>
   Attend training and development meetings as required by EYETT management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Complete Attendance Registers, maintain records of students work, and maintain behavioural standards in the learning environment.
  </li>

   Compile examination questions, as required by the Examination Manager (EM), through EYETT management for the EYETT examination question database.

  </li>

   Relevant training in the design, function, and operation of aircraft systems and components.

   Documented relevant experience in a civil aviation environment with a minimum of 3 years.

Our camps blend science, engineering, and creativity into fun, memorable experiences that inspire curiosity and confidence. From launching rockets to exploring ancient survival skills, campers learn by doing in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.</p><p>Position Overview</p><p>We are hiring 1-2 camp instructors and 1 assistant instructor. STEM Camp Instructors lead daily camp activities, ensuring an exciting, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants. You&rsquo;ll bring STEM concepts to life through demonstrations, guided projects, and playful challenges&mdash;while fostering teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity. Assistant instructors will aid in carrying out the provided lesson plans and supporting the campers, as needed. Instructor pay range: $20-26 per hour and may work up to 55 hours per week. Assistant Instructor pay range: $18-20 per hour and are expected to work 40 hours per week.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Ability to implement provided lesson plans, lead hands-on STEM activities, experiments, and engineering challenges based on camp themes.</li><li>Create a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere for campers of all backgrounds and abilities.</li><li>Assist with camp setup, cleanup, and organization of materials each day.</li><li>Help supervise campers during activities, lunch, and transition times, ensuring safety and positive group dynamics.</li><li>Support volunteers and high school assistants in their roles with clear guidance and mentorship.</li><li>Communicate regularly with MCEA Staff about daily needs, challenges, and successes.</li><li>Enforce camp rules and safety protocols both indoors and outdoors.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><p>Required:</p><ul><li>Experience working with children (teaching, camp counseling, tutoring, afterschool programs, etc.).</li><li>Enthusiasm for science, technology, engineering, and math, and the ability to inspire that enthusiasm in kids.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and group management skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing situations and think on your feet.</li><li>Reliability, punctuality, and a professional, positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work indoors and outdoors, and be active for extended periods.</li><li>Current or ability to obtain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona) and CPR/First Aid certification.</li></ul><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li>Ability to create engaging lesson plans related to the established themes.</li><li>Experience in informal STEM education, makerspaces, or science camps.</li><li>Background in a STEM-related field (student, graduate, or professional).</li><li>Comfort with hands-on science equipment, craft tools, and simple technology.</li></ul><p>Schedule</p><ul><li>Camp weeks run Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:30 AM&ndash;4:00 PM (plus setup/prep time as needed).</li><li>Training and orientation before the start of camp.</li><li>Potential for work in school break camps during fall, winter, and spring.</li></ul><p>The Meteor Crater Education Alliance (MCEA) is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment.
