Functions as Instructor for English Language Training. Responsible for developing lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the needs of individual students and groups. Assessing students' language abilities and tailoring instruction to meet their needs.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Planning, preparing and delivering lessons.</li><li>
Preparing teaching materials</li><li>
Helping students improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in individual and group sessions.</li><li>
Checking and assessing students' work, and providing feedback.</li><li>
Monitors the students writing and listening skills, reading comprehension, and confidence in public speaking, identifying their learning challenges, evaluating their progress, and assessing their knowledge by conducting a series of tests and activities that would practice their capabilities.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Education: High school diploma required</li><li>
Experience:
<ul><li>Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.</li><li>
Possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license and Passport.</li><li>
Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.</li><li>

 Experience in a technical context desirable

 Functional Duties:

 Teaching English language curriculum to SPSP trainees
 </li>

 Working with other team members to prepare resources for the foundation program including, but not limited to, revision materials, test question banks, or other remedial resources
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring student progress and analyzing test results to address weak areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting remedial and/or make-up lessons
 </li>
 <li>
 Substituting other faculty members in cases of absence
 </li>
 <li>
 Following and encouraging trainees to follow SPSP rules and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and implementing lesson plans and following prescribed pacing schedules for the curriculum
 </li>
 <li>
 Attending team meetings as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to help others and to meet staff and student needs and is ready to follow directions
