</li><li>Experience in Infor ERPLN upgrades, preferably to the latest version of LN studio
</li><li>Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis as well as be able to recommend solution to complex issues.
</li><li>Good understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.
</li><li>Working knowledge on ION Platform, BI would be advantage.
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills
</li>Experience and desire to work closely with customers.<br>
