Job Purpose</h6>
The Applications Manager will lead and support our Kinetic in the Cloud ERP environment while also serving as a hands-on functional Business Analyst in a fast-paced startup setting. This hybrid role requires a strong blend of application management, business process expertise, and stakeholder engagement.
You will play a critical role in aligning business needs with system capabilities, driving process improvements, and ensuring the successful delivery and optimization of Kinetic Cloud solutions. In addition, you will manage and mentor a Technical Business Analyst, ensuring strong collaboration between functional and technical workstreams.<h6 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h6><ul><li>
Serve as the end-to-end owner of the Kinetic Cloud ERP platform ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability</li><li>
Manage day-to-day application operations including user access, configurations and workflows</li><li>
Partner with IT and external vendors to resolve application issues. Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts</li><li>
