Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<p>Sales &amp; Revenue</p>
<ul><li>Drive sales of:</li></ul>
<ul><li>Jira Software</li></ul>
<ul><li>Jira Service Management</li></ul>
<ul><li>Confluence</li></ul>
<ul><li>Atlassian Cloud migrations &amp; upgrades</li></ul>
<ul><li>Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify new enterprise opportunities and expand existing accounts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Build and manage a healthy pipeline (minimum 3x quota coverage).</li></ul>
<p></p>
<p>Account Management</p>
<ul><li>Develop account plans for priority clients.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, PMOs, and Engineering leaders.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Position Jira as a strategic enterprise platform (ALM / ITSM / DevOps).</li></ul>
<p></p>
<p>Sales Cycle Management</p>
<ul><li>Manage full sales lifecycle:</li></ul>
<p>
Lead Qualification Demo Coordination Proposal Negotiation Closure.</p>
<ul><li>Work closely with presales and technical consultants for solution positioning.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in RFPs and commercial negotiations.</li></ul>
<p></p>
<p>Market Development</p>
<ul><li>Identify market trends and competitive landscape.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop relationships with system integrators and enterprise clients.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support marketing events and Atlassian campaigns in Egypt.</li></ul>
<p></p>
<p>Requirements</p>
<ul><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in B2B IT sales.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience selling software licenses or SaaS solutions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of:</li></ul>
<ul><li>Agile / DevOps concepts</li></ul>
<ul><li>ITSM basics</li></ul>
<ul><li>SDLC / ALM lifecycle</li></ul>
<ul><li>Existing network in enterprise or government sector in Egypt preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Fluent in Arabic and English.</li></ul>
