Job Description 
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Senior Product Manager &amp; Product Owner is the owner of vision, strategy, and outcomes for Experian Health's Data Platform Solutions portfolio. You will set long‑term product direction while maintaining hands‑on ownership of delivery for critical data platform capabilities.
You will blend end‑to‑end product leadership&mdash;from market discovery and portfolio strategy through delivery, launch, and value realization&mdash;with deep cross‑functional partnership across engineering, architecture, compliance, legal, and go‑to‑market teams. You will guide the creation of scalable, compliant, and market‑differentiated data‑as‑a‑product capabilities that power Experian Health's ecosystem and ensure sustainable growth.

Product Strategy, Vision &amp; Portfolio Leadership<ul><li>
Define and own a multi‑year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Platform Solutions, balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and commercial goals.</li><li>
Establish outcomes‑driven goals and success metrics (e.g., value delivery, adoption, reliability, and scalability).</li><li>
Be a domain authority in data platforms, data‑as‑a‑product principles, and healthcare data ecosystems, guiding architectural direction and investment decisions.</li><li>
Lead market discovery and competitive analysis, monitoring industry trends, latest technologies, and regulatory shifts to inform product direction.</li><li>
Identify, evaluate, and incubate new data products and platform capabilities, translating market opportunity into clear strategies and business cases.</li></ul>
Delivery Excellence &amp; Product Ownership<ul><li>
Be the Product Owner for one or more development teams, accountable for maximizing delivered value and ensuring execution aligns to strategic intent.</li><li>
Define and manage product epics, capabilities, and outcomes, translating strategy into well‑prioritized, executable backlogs.</li><li>
Partner with engineering, architecture, and data teams to clarify complex requirements, define measurable acceptance criteria, and balance speed, quality, scalability, and technical health.</li><li>
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, release readiness, and dependency management across multiple teams.</li></ul>
Enterprise &amp; Cross‑Functional Leadership<ul><li>
Ensure all data products meet healthcare regulatory, privacy, and security standards while promoting innovation and extensibility.</li><li>
Partner with Product Marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and enablement materials, including executive presentations, demos, and expertise content.</li><li>
Support sales and client engagements through executive‑level presentations, complex deal support, and pricing and packaging strategy.</li><li>
Be a mentor for Product Managers and Product Owners, elevating product practices, and strategic thinking across the organization.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
10+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of enterprise‑scale platforms or data products.</li><li>
Experience owning both product strategy and delivery execution.</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise applying data‑as‑a‑product principles within platform or ecosystem architectures.</li><li>
Healthcare technology experience required, including exposure to data governance, compliance, and interoperability.</li><li>
Experience working within or alongside data platforms and technologies such as Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, or MongoDB(preferred).</li><li>
Experience operating in scaled Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).</li><li>
Experience as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing platform evolution, investment decisions, and data strategy across the organization</li><li>
Able to travel up to 20%.</li></ul>

The Role 
 
The Head of Contact Center Product Strategy &amp; Execution will lead Wells Fargo's enterprise contact center modernization from a product-first perspective-defining the end-state servicing platform, prioritizing capabilities, and driving measurable improvements in customer and agent experience. This is a multi-year, enterprise initiative spanning multiple lines of business, with a focus on delivering standardized, scalable platform capabilities that improve customer outcomes and operational effectiveness. 
 
This executive will build and lead a product organization accountable for product strategy and product execution, including product discovery, roadmaps, backlogs, release outcomes, adoption, and value realization. The role partners closely with program governance, change delivery, and operational readiness leaders to coordinate integrated delivery; however, this position is not the owner of PMO mechanics or day-to-day program management. 
 
Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Define the enterprise product vision and multi-year roadmap for CCaaS and adjacent contact center capabilities.</li><li>
Establish platform standards and guardrails to drive cross-line-of-business consistency, reuse, and simplification.</li><li>
Lead product teams across core capability areas (e.g., voice self-service, routing and interaction, telephony foundations, workforce enablement features, reporting/data).</li><li>
Partner with technology leadership to translate product direction into executable platform requirements and releases.</li><li>
Manage strategic vendor partnerships to align roadmaps, release plans, and platform adoption outcomes.</li><li>
Define and drive a measurement system for product outcomes (adoption, experience quality, stability, efficiency), partnering with operations on operational performance routines.</li><li>
Influence and align senior stakeholders across operations, technology, risk, finance, and lines of business to set priorities, resolve tradeoffs, and ensure delivery focus.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
8+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.</li><li>
4+ years of Management experience.</li></ul>

Customer-Centric &amp; Technology-Enabled Leader: Strong track record applying customer-centric design principles and journey mapping, supported by modern technology practices including Agile delivery, Cloud/SaaS platforms, data management, analytics, and digital tooling, with the ability to clearly articulate the operational impact of technology decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>
Hands-On, Results-Oriented Executive: Demonstrates a &quot;roll-up-your-sleeves&quot; leadership style with a strong bias for action; comfortable operating in ambiguity and translating vague or emerging initiatives into clear strategies, executable plans, and measurable outcomes.</li><li>
