The Role
We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our London team. You&rsquo;ll design large-scale, data-intensive platforms and intelligent systems for ambitious enterprise clients, working on hard problems: real-time systems operating at significant scale, complex integration landscapes, and platforms where data and machine learning drive customer-facing outcomes.
This is a hands-on architecture role embedded in an established delivery team. You&rsquo;ll own solution designs end-to-end: shaping how new capabilities are architected, producing clear design documentation, and working with engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders to carry those designs through to production.
This is a client-facing role. You&rsquo;ll spend much of your time working inside the client&rsquo;s organisation, alongside their architects, governance functions, business owners, and third-party vendors as well as our own delivery team. That takes someone who can win trust quickly, build consensus across groups with competing priorities, and push back when it matters.

<ul><li>Provide architectural leadership on strategic programmes touching the OSS domain, taking an end-to-end view across business, systems and network layers through the full project delivery lifecycle.</li>
<li>Produce and review high-level and solution designs, presenting them through the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and Design Review Board (DRB) with clear rationale, options analysis and traceability.</li>
<li>Define integration architecture between OSS and adjacent domains (BSS/ISP stack, ServiceNow-based workflow and field/service management, data platforms), favouring API-led, event-driven patterns.</li>
<li>Actively resolve complex architectural and integration issues, providing clear direction and pragmatic solutions that keep delivery moving.</li>
</ul>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Communication
<ul><li>Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across Networks, Engineering, Service Operations, Data and delivery functions, acting as the recognised authority for OSS architecture.</li>
<li>Present complex OSS and network scenarios in a clear, simple and compelling way to audiences ranging from engineers to senior leadership.</li>
<li>Support the management of OSS/EMS vendor and supplier relationships, contributing to evaluations, selections and roadmap discussions.</li>
</ul>Standards, Governance &amp; Continuous Improvement
<ul><li>Contribute to enterprise architecture standards, principles, patterns and reference architectures, ensuring consistency, scalability, security and data integrity across OSS designs.</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of industry direction (TM Forum ODA, autonomous networks, AI/GenAI in operations) and translate it into pragmatic improvements to the OSS roadmap.</li>
</ul>What we are looking for?:
<ul><li>University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent experience</li>
<li>TOGAF, TM Forum or equivalent architecture certification - DESIRABLE</li>
<li>Significant experience in solution/enterprise architecture within telecoms, with deep expertise in the OSS domain (inventory, fulfilment, assurance)</li>
<li>Strong familiarity with fixed-line broadband and FTTH/access networks, including PON technologies (GPON/XGS-PON), OLT/ONT architectures and access network topology</li>
<li>Experience architecting OSS integration with EMS/NMS platforms, including alarm/fault management, performance management and network diagnostics (e.g. optical/line test, remote ONT diagnostics)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, Open APIs) and their pragmatic application</li>
<li>Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly as applied to network/service operations workflows (e.g. ITSM, Telecommunications Service Management, Field Service Management)</li>
<li>Experience of integration architecture: API-led and event-driven patterns, orchestration and workflow design</li>
<li>Experience of leading architecture on large-scale programmes through the full project delivery lifecycle, including Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks</li>
<li>Exposure to AI/ML and generative AI applied to network operations(predictive assurance, closed-loop automation) - DESIRABLE</li>

<div>We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to help leading Enterprise ISVs design, build, and deploy secure agentic AI systems on NVIDIA&rsquo;s accelerated computing platform.
In this role, we will partner with strategic software companies across cybersecurity, AI safety, infrastructure protection, and confidential computing. Together, we will help them build trustworthy AI products that meet enterprise expectations for security, privacy, safety, reliability, and performance.
This work includes multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, agent runtime security, RAG, tool use, model customization, policy enforcement, OpenShell-like execution environments, and confidential AI deployments on protected infrastructure.
What you'll be doing:<ul><li>
Lead strategic agentic AI partner engagements from discovery and architecture through PoC, production readiness, rollout, and scale.</li><li>
Build enterprise-grade agentic AI systems with multi-agent workflows, tool-using agents, RAG, planning, memory, evaluation, guardrails, policy enforcement, and failure containment.</li><li>
Partner with security ISVs to integrate NVIDIA models into detection and response products, including threat triage, investigation agents, remediation workflows, natural-language-to-query, analyst automation, PII handling, and content safety.</li><li>
Architect secure and confidential AI deployments using NVIDIA Confidential Computing, GPU attestation, KMS integration, protected infrastructure, air-gapped patterns, and partner key-management workflows.</li><li>
Create PoCs, benchmarks, reference architectures, reusable blueprints, field guidance, and product feedback that help NVIDIA and our partners move secure AI systems into production.</li></ul>
What we need to see:<ul><li>

8+ years in engineering, solutions architecture, applied ML, enterprise software, or technical deployment.</li><li>
Experience leading AI, ML, distributed systems, or enterprise software projects from prototype to production.</li><li>
Hands-on experience building LLM, generative AI, RAG, or agentic AI applications in production or production-like environments.</li><li>
Depth in one or more areas such as AI/LLM security, enterprise cybersecurity, trust and safety, confidential computing, secure AI infrastructure, model customization, post-training, or model evaluation.</li><li>
