High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree a plus.</li><li>
Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus.</li><li>
Healthcare experience is highly preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).</li><li>
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and thrive in a team environment.</li><li>
Willingness to work an after-hours on-call schedule.</li></ul>
