Position is available for an immediate start date.</p><p>Pay is on a sliding scale based upon actual experience. For example, an entry level paralegal with no actual law firm experience might be paid less than an experienced legal assistant with no Paralegal Certificate who has actual law firm experience.</p><p>A Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Attorney's Assistant with actual experience (5 years or more) in Trusts and Estates would be considered for the highest rate of pay.</p><p>Even without experience, the Employee will be incentivized and strong performance is appreciated and rewarded accordingly.</p><p>Legal experience is helpful, but not required. Legal experience will however, increase the amount of pay offered.
