4. Works with the Start-ups Project Manger to analyze gathered data in order to prepare for meetings/ create manuals/ deliverables related to the establishment and later of the operation of the new projects.<br>
5. Develops proposals for meeting schedules and tasks&rsquo; time lines and documents all meetings minutes.<br>
6. Circulates cross functional documents between various stakeholders<br>
7. Creates periodical reports on ongoing operation and liaise the work of consultants for one time jobs and/ or consultancy<br>
8. Coordinates the logistics for the new hires of new projects<br>
9. Does internet searches to scan existing information about similar project in the local and international markets<br>
