Your Role
The ideal brand designer has a background in graphic design and some prior experience designing visual identity systems, brand collateral and communications applications such as social media, presentations, digital marketing, swag, or anything else that contributes to brand fidelity.
You will work on a wide variety of visual identities, environmental graphics, branded environments and wayfinding projects, working with clients, project directors, teams, fabricators and others.
What You Will Do<ul><li>

Your Qualifications<ul><li>

 As a Senior Wayfinding Designer, you will be responsible for providing design leadership and project management expertise on a diverse range of wayfinding projects across the region.  Responsibilities

 Lead the conceptualization, design development, and implementation of wayfinding projects from inception to completion.

 Develop creative direction and execution of wayfinding, signage, and placemaking projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in wayfinding design, signage, and environmental graphics across diverse project types, including masterplans, luxury hospitality, residential, mixed-use, retail, commercial, entertainment, healthcare, and education.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex wayfinding projects from concept through completion, supported by a strong design portfolio and proven track record.

Title: Graphic Designer 
 
Location: Remote; Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area preferred 
 
Duration: Permanent/Full-Time

Clearance: A Public Trust background check is required, and a Public Trust clearance must be granted before access to the System or other TSA resources is granted.

Start Date: Anticipated start date is August 15th,2026 contingent on contract award.

Duties: The Graphic Designer works collaboratively with the Outreach Coordinator to support TSA with OSH outreach events and publication of monthly briefing packages. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Graphic Designer will work in a team setting to develop, design, and publish content for three (4) OSH outreach/workshop events annually in the form of posters, cards, flyers, and like materials for use by TSA personnel.

In general, outreach content is disseminated via SharePoint pages. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for adding, editing, removing content from such SharePoint pages in a way that maximizes visual impact. Responsibilities relating to SharePoint page management include:

<li>Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.</li>
<li>Design/refresh layouts for publication.</li>
<li>Amend designs after feedback.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: The candidate shall meet the following qualifications:
<ul>

<li>Experience creating and managing content on SharePoint pages.</li>
<li>Experience with graphic design software.</li>
