What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>
15+ years of experience in HSE management roles, preferably in large-scale rail or metro infrastructure projects.</li></ul><ul><li>
Lead Auditor Accreditation is an advantage.</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong familiarity with UAE/GCC statutory health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>
Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, hazard management, and incident investigation.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to develop and implement HSE training programs for diverse teams.</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience in client interfacing roles, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.</li></ul><ul><li>
Proficiency in HSE management systems, compliance audits, and reporting.</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.</li></ul><ul><li>
Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, deliver presentations, and engage with regulatory bodies.</li></ul>
