 Coordinates with project team to develop rules of credit and report accurate progress measurement of engineering and construction activities.

 Compares estimates with actuals and appropriately adjust rates for future estimates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides meaningful, accurate historical data and maintain database of program cost experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists project engineer with estimating scope changes for funded projects and ensure change management is followed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attends weekly project meeting and contribute to discussions on cost and schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicates budgeted costs, forecast, overruns, continency drawdown and concerns to project team in management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists project engineer with the financial closeout of a project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inputs lessons learned into the program database.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs any other relevant task as directed by Superintendent Project Engineering.
 </li>
