Responsibilities:

The EVS Assistant Manager is responsible for managing and supervising environmental services staff, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.</p><ul><li>
Assist the EVS Manager in overseeing daily operations of the environmental services team to ensure high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and inventory of supplies and equipment.</li><li>
Conduct training sessions for staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control measures.</li><li>
Effectively communicate with staff, residents, and facility management regarding operational needs and feedback.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies, including using personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>
