<div><p>The <b>Waste Coordinator</b> is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the waste management in the Port Richey, Florida area. Essential Functions</b></p>

<li>Implement cost control measures while ensuring that service levels meet company standards and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Identify and implement innovative waste reduction, recycling, and reuse initiatives to enhance sustainability efforts.</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison between the company and local governments, regulatory bodies, and the community to address waste management issues and enhance relationships.</li>
<li>Oversee the integration of technology and processes that reduce the environmental impact of operations, such as waste-to-energy programs, landfill gas management, and composting efforts.</li>
<li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and pursue opportunities for energy recovery and beneficial reuse of waste materials.</li>

Required Eligibility Qualifications</b></p>

<li><b>Education</b>:</li>
<li><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Environmental Science, Waste Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Experience</b>:</li>
<li><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years relevant experience managing waste operations, environmental services, or a related industry, with 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.</li>
