The Equity Research Associate is responsible for research, client support, and data collection, statistical studies on the industries and individual companies and their securities. Under the direction of REIT Senior Analysts, the Associate will be responsible for assisting in coverage of 10+ stocks. The candidate will be part of a broader REIT team, which covers nearly every property type, and frequent collaboration with the rest of the team is expected.
