 Esthetician Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To)

 The ability to perform a wide range of services including all skin care, waxing, and tinting services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support business growth by encouraging repeat visits and engaging in guest-focused activities, such as writing thank you notes and updating Treatment Cards with home care tips, next-visit details, and product recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain expertise in product lines by attending ongoing training and educational courses, and proactively recommend products to guests.

 Estheticians work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
 </li>
 <li>
 10% commission on sold retail products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep 100% of guest gratuity.

 <li>
 An average in-service hourly rate ranges between $42-$44, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at $17.87.
