Requirements
 Qualifications & Experience: • 10+ years of experience in estimation or cost engineering • Pre contract experience • Experience in Steel Frame, RC Frame • Worked on big projects Hospitals, Malls, High Rise Buildings • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market rates • Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
