The estimator will participate in all aspects of the bid and estimating process from review of plans and specs to soliciting and negotiating prices from subcontractors and suppliers through completion of bid/estimating effort including closeout. <p><b>Custom Millwork Estimator </b></p><p><b>Position Summary</b></p><p>GR Mitchell has a long history supporting builders, remodelers, and homeowners in Pennsylvania and beyond including the fabrication, delivery, and installation of hand-crafted millwork from our architectural mill. This growing millwork division is seeking a new estimator!</p><p>In this role you&rsquo;ll be asked to collaborate with GR Mitchell&rsquo;s sales team, existing mill staff, and directly with customers to analyze drawings and specifications to determine the materials required and necessary labor hours to fabricate and occasionally install a wide variety of millwork projects.
