KPIX-TV is looking for a true weather enthusiast who&rsquo;s passionate about telling weather stories in groundbreaking ways. The kind of person who thrives in an innovative, trail-blazing environment, with the confidence to take risks and break outside traditional weather presentation. Our meteorologists work in a state-of-the-art immersive, 3D weather presentation system. This position is for someone who truly wants to be a pioneer, and very serious about the science of meteorology.</p><p></p><p><br>
The meteorologist will provide weather reports for KPIX-TV, PIX+, and 27/7 streaming and digital platforms.<br>
Must be comfortable learning new graphic and presentation software and systems.<br>
Must be able to utilize graphics, NWS sources, and live radar to convey urgent information for storms and severe weather ensuring KPIX fulfills the mission of First Alert Weather.<br>
Must have knowledge of earthquakes and plate tectonics to present breaking news information on earthquakes and their potential impacts.<br>
 Occasionally may be assigned to cover stories outside the station - on location. Write clearly and interestingly and use video and graphics to illustrate facts and ideas in the story. Will also be available to make personal appearances to promote the station. This position is represented by SAG-AFTRA.</p><p></p><div><br>
Basic Qualifications:<br>
<ul><li>Must have at least five years of television experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a meteorologist, working in local market or network television news.</li><li>Must have an in-depth presentation and oral communication skills.</li><li>Proven success in digital content development and engagement is key.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of personnel.</li><li>Do live reporting engagingly and effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with the Bay Area is very helpful.</li><li>College degree preferred or equivalent experience.</li><li>Weather computer and graphics skills are required.</li></ul></div><p></p><p><br>

Job Summary/Description:
</b></p><p>WTAP is looking for a full-time Anchor/MMJ for its weekend newscasts. The person we`re looking for will produce and anchor our weekend newscasts and shoot/report news three days during the M-F week. Other duties include posting news, weather, and streaming video on our web channel. The person we`re looking for must be responsible, able to make decisions, be a self-starter with lots of energy, and be able to work well with others in a small team environment.</p>

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p>
<ul><li>Producer/anchor evening newscasts &amp; report on weekends</li><li>Report as MMJ three days a week</li><li>Shoot/edit daily content for newscasts and digital</li><li>Operate TVU, conducting live shots from the field
</li><li>Generate story ideas and build local contacts
</li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule depending on news events</li><li>Must have strong journalistic ethics, news judgment, and decision-making</li></ul>

Qualifications/Requirements:</b></p>
<ul><li>BS/BA in journalism, communications, or related field</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Strong professional social media skills.</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and pass a driver's record check</li></ul>

<div><div><p>The <b>Certification Program Specialist </b>will serve as a senior technical and regulatory subject matter expert for the Saudi Arabia Saleem Program (Saudi Product Safety Program). The role requires deep hands‑on expertise in SASO schemes, portals and platforms, conformity assessment schemes and operations, and ISO/IEC 17065 implementation within SASO‑accredited Certification Bodies.

The position also acts as a knowledge anchor, supporting operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and business growth initiatives in the Saudi GMA market.</p></div></div>

</li><li><b>10+ years of experience in the Saudi GMA </b>/ product compliance market.
</li><li>Strong working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17065 and its implementation within SASO‑accredited Certification Bodies.
</li><li>Solid understanding of SASO CB and Energy Efficiency (EE) laboratory compliance requirements.
</li><li>In‑depth knowledge of SASO programs: SABER P‑CoC, Shipment CoC, SASO EX, SIRC, SASO EER, SQM, SASO COC.
</li><li>Hands‑on experience with SASO platforms: SABER, Maneh, Jeem1, Wasif, E‑SASO Services, SLS, etc.
</li>Proven ability to develop SOPs, procedures, and compliance documentation, act as SME/knowledge anchor, support audits, and contribute to business expansion and regulatory engagement.<br>
