The bartender leader is responsible for leading and coordinating the activities and operations of all bar tended special events. Lead subordinate staff in the preparation and execution of day-to-day needs dependent on event. Assists with daily and monthly inventory control. This position reports to the Food Services Managers, is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over forty (40) in a work week.
