<div>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Management intern (Events &amp; Operations) to support our team in delivering high-quality sponsor activations, content, and client deliverables. The role combines event execution, sponsor coordination, and media sales operations offering hands-on experience in one of Pakistan&rsquo;s largest automotive media platforms. This internship also provides opportunities to travel nationwide for PakWheels Auto Shows, Car Melas, and other brand activations.
Resposnbilities:
<ul><li>Assist in planning and execution of flagship events, including PakWheels Auto Shows and Car Melas.</li>
<li>Ensure sponsor stalls and activations are set up smoothly at events without operational issues.</li>
<li>Manage and oversee sponsor deliverables (both on-site and post-event), ensuring commitments are fulfilled.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the video/content team to ensure timely execution of brand deliverables (videos, reels, sponsor content, etc.).</li>
<li>Capture event highlights (photos, reels, and sponsor activities) for reporting and promotions.</li>
<li>Prepare and circulate post-event newsletters/reports, showcasing activities, sponsor visibility, and outcomes.</li>
<li>Support the Media Sales team in day-to-day operations, including tracking deliverables, preparing reports, and assisting with client requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate with sponsors during and after events to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.</li>
</ul>
Qualification:
<ul><li>Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or related fields.</li>
<li>Strong interest in event management, sponsorships, and media sales operations.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel frequently for events across Pakistan.</li>
<li>Basic content creation/editing skills (reels, photography, videography) are a plus.</li>

About the Internship

Another Planet Entertainment offers a variety of paid, hands-on internships that offer well-rounded experience in many facets of our business. Applicants should be current students or recent graduates and available to work 20-25 hours per week. We are looking for motivated, highly engaged applicants that are passionate about live music and learning more about the concert industry.

You can&rsquo;t have a concert without tickets&mdash;and that&rsquo;s where the box office comes in. The internship in the box office department at the Another Planet headquarters office exposes interns to the intricacies of what it takes to get a show on sale to the public, manage until the event date and operate a box office on the night of a concert. Interns will work with APE&rsquo;s box office managers to assist with administrative duties, provide customer service support, and will have the opportunity to get involved with working shows at our many venues &amp; festivals.

This internship will begin at the top of June and extends through October 2026. This is an in-person position that will work out of our Berkeley HQ.

 The Role:

<li>Customer Service: Answering main office phone line, responding to box office specific inbox, assist in distributing venue show information</li>
<li>Administration: Filing receipts, building events in our internal ticket processing system, sending out form and processing ticket orders, shipping tickets for fan clubs, labels, reporting to trades, pulling purchaser information and distributing to corresponding departments</li>
<li>Working night of show shifts at the box office at various venues including the Fox Theater, Greek Theatre and Bill Graham Civic</li>
