<div>The Event Management &amp; Public Relations (PR) Campaigns Professional will provide specialized support in planning, executing, and evaluating high-profile events and strategic PR initiatives. This role is critical in enhancing public visibility, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and reinforcing the organization&rsquo;s brand image in alignment with its strategic communication objectives.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in event management, PR campaign execution, and stakeholder coordination at local, regional, and international levels.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
1. Event Management</h4><ul><li>
Develop comprehensive event plans, including concepts, timelines, and execution frameworks.</li><li>
Manage all event logistics such as venue booking, catering, accommodation, transportation, and protocol arrangements.</li><li>
Coordinate invitations, RSVP tracking, VIP arrangements, and registration processes.</li><li>
Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth delivery of conferences, press events, exhibitions, and forums.</li><li>
Prepare event materials including agendas, signage, name badges, and branded items.</li><li>
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed service levels and timelines.</li><li>
Conduct post-event evaluations, including feedback collection, analysis, and reporting with recommendations for improvement.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
2. PR Campaign Execution</h4><ul><li>
Support the planning and implementation of integrated PR campaigns.</li><li>
Ensure consistency of branding across all communication materials, event assets, and digital platforms.</li><li>

Support the design and production of marketing and promotional materials (e.g., brochures, banners, roll-ups).</li><li>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
15+ years (Senior Level) in PR, communications, and marketing.</li><li>
Bachelors degree in related field.</li><li>
