These roles are responsible for the safe delivery, professional setup, event staff monitoring (if needed), and teardown of inflatables, obstacle courses, water slides, games and other party rentals equipment! These positions play a key role in creating safe, fun, and memorable experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate is punctual, physically capable, customer-friendly, and thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments.Pay: Delivery Driver: $20-$25/hrEvent Staff: $15-$20Schedule: Primarily Weekends, Saturday/Sunday. Occasional Friday&lsquo;s and Weekday&rsquo;s.Key Responsibilities: Event Delivery Driver/Setup &amp; Teardown Crew: <ul><li>Safely operate company trucks and trailers to and from event locations</li><li>Load, secure, transport, and unload inflatable equipment and accessories</li><li>Verify delivery routes, schedules, and job details prior to departure</li><li>Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report issues</li><li>Ensure all equipment and supplies are accounted for before and after each route</li><li>Lead/conduct proper setup, anchoring, inflation, and positioning of inflatables and attractions</li><li>Ensure equipment is installed according to safety guidelines and manufacturer standards</li><li>Perform pre-operations safety inspections at each location</li><li>Break down, clean up, roll, and load equipment after events</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and storage areas</li></ul>Event Staff: <ul><li>Address performance issues professionally and promptly</li><li>Respond calmly and professionally to customer questions or concerns</li><li>Resolve minor issues on-site when possible</li><li>Escalate larger issues to management when necessary</li><li>Ensure customers are satisfied before leaving the location</li></ul>Safety and Compliance: <ul><li>Record equipment issues, damages or missing items</li><li>Communicate schedule updates and delays to management</li><li>Maintain clear communication with crew members and management</li><li>Monitor children on units for safety</li></ul>Qualifications: Required for Events Delivery Driver: Valid Drivers License with clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years old. Our Private Events Department is looking for hard working, part-time staff to join our team. Your help will be used for beverage service during weddings, corporate events, and other types of social events that take place in our private event rooms.
Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Set up &amp; break down of bars and event spaces.</li>
<li>Properly take orders and serve beverages to guests.</li>
<li>Interact with guests in a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and confident manner.</li>
<li>Keep work areas clean, organized and appropriately stocked.</li>
<li>Collect, clean, and maintain all barware before, during, and after events.</li>
<li>Properly &amp; efficiently run bar/table service and BOH duties for each event.</li>
<li>Efficiently observe each event for underage drinking and over intoxication.</li>
<li>Deal with complaints or problems that may arise with a positive, hospitable attitude.</li>
<li>Always work collaboratively with management.</li>
<li>Assist Manager and Event Coordinators with all needs before, during, and after events.</li>
