The Biltmore Sign Services Staff will be responsible for all aspects of signage design, development, printing, installation, maintenance, and cleaning across the Biltmore Estate. Duties include, but are not limited to: designing new signage in accordance with Biltmore standards, printing and producing signs, installing signs, and maintenance &amp; cleaning of current Estate signage. The Sign Specialist will also work with vendors to manage pricing and maintain invoices. In addition, the incumbent will provide general assistance and support for leadership, the department, and the company as required.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma (or GED). Additional training or certification(s) preferred. Must be able to measure accurately, and do basic math.
2. At least six (6) months of previous sign maintenance experience; experience with making/installing signage a plus. Knowledge of standard maintenance, repair, and/or general plumbing/electrical preferred.
3. Demonstrated commitment to delivery of world class internal/external guest service through providing clean and immaculate facilities for guest use.
4. Outstanding attention to detail with a focus on quality and service. Must be able to read work order and make signs to exact specifications.

4. Order and maintain sign materials, supplies, and ink and ensure equipment is kept in good operating condition.
