<li>Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the Founder on flagship moments, product launches, and major experiences.</li>
<li>Lead creative visioning for global shows, brand moments, and immersive experiences, translating Founder direction into best‑in‑class experiential concepts.</li>
</ul>
Global Event Execution<ul>
<li>
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of global and regional events, from concepting, creative design, and pre‑production through execution and post‑event evaluation.</li>
<li>Oversee all experiential formats, including large‑scale shows, influencer &amp; VIP experiences, retail activations, pop‑ups, masterclasses, and global launch events.</li>
<li>Ensure every event reflects brand aesthetics, values, and storytelling while delivering a premium guest experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Influencer, Social, Product, Commercial) to ensure integrated event planning.</li>
<li>Manage external partners, including production agencies, creative studios, technical vendors, and talent partners, to ensure flawless delivery.</li>
<li>Oversee logistics, guest journey, technical production, staging, hospitality, accreditation, rehearsals, and on‑site execution.</li>
</ul>
Performance &amp; Measurement<ul>
<li>
Define event‑specific KPIs such as brand lift, attendance quality, guest satisfaction, content capture output, and ROI.</li>
<li>Provide data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement of the experiential strategy.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed post‑event reports for senior leadership, including impact assessment and strategic recommendations.</li></ul> 
Budget &amp; Operational Excellence<ul>
<li>
Own and manage the global events budget, ensuring strategic investment and cost-efficiency across all program tiers.</li>
<li>Lead operational planning, toolkits, templates, and workflows to ensure scale, consistency, and operational excellence across markets.</li>
<li>Oversee contract negotiations and SOWs with agencies and production partners.</li>
<li>Ensure all events meet legal, safety, and compliance standards across regions.</li></ul> 
Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul>
<li>
Act as a global leader of the events function, setting standards for creativity, innovation, and execution excellence.</li>
<li>Partner with regional event leads to ensure alignment, adoption of best practices, and consistent execution in local markets.</li>
<li>Mentor and develop event talent across the organization, building an agile and high‑performing global experiential team.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Events, Experiential Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.</li>
<li>8+ years of senior experience in global events, experiential marketing, or brand experiences, ideally within beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle.</li>
<li>Proven track record delivering large-scale global events, shows, tours, pop-ups, and immersive brand experiences.</li>
<li>Strong strategic vision with the ability to translate brand goals into iconic experiences.</li>
<li>Demonstrated creative problem-solving with hands-on operational leadership.</li>
<li>Exceptional relationship-building skills with agencies, production partners, talent, and internal teams.</li>
<li>High cultural awareness and ability to adapt events for diverse regions.</li>
<li>Commitment to sustainable and responsible event practices.</li>
<li>Highly results-oriented with strong analytical and project management capabilities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, leadership presence, and agility.</li>
<li>Multilingual abilities and global experience are a strong plus.</li>
