<p><b>
Duties and Responsibilities
</b><br>
As a Sales &amp; Marketing Coordinator, I will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Sales &amp; Marketing. This position involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, coordinating high-end events, and ensuring exceptional communication with guests and trade partners. I will contribute to the seamless execution of sales processes and enhance the brand&rsquo;s prestigious image.</p>
<p><b>
Administrative Support:</b></p>
<p>
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales &amp; Marketing Director, including preparing high-quality sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and event orders.<br>
Maintain and organize digital and physical sales files, ensuring accuracy of the sales Database.<br>
Draft and manage written correspondence, including contracts, reports, and offers, ensuring all documentation is precise and professional.</p>
<p><b>
Client and Partner Relations:</b></p>
<p>
Serve as the primary liaison for trade partners, responding to inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels with efficiency and professionalism.<br>
Promote brand awareness internally and externally, reinforcing our luxury image and high standards of service.</p>
<p><b>
Event Coordination:</b></p>
<p>
Assist in planning and executing site inspections, familiarization trips, and other sales-related activities to showcase our resort&rsquo;s offerings.<br>
Review and manage group and event requests, preparing detailed bids and coordinating event logistics to ensure a seamless experience for clients.<br>
Support the Sales &amp; Marketing Director in preparing event contracts and related documentation.</p>
<p><b>
Brand and Internal Collaboration:</b></p>
<p>
Assemble and distribute information packages, including brochures and promotional materials, to support sales efforts and enhance the resort&rsquo;s visibility.<br>
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and events, aligning with the resort&rsquo;s standards.</p>
<p><b>
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:</b></p>
<p>
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.<br>
Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.<br>
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a luxury hospitality.<br>
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</p>
<p><b>
Professional Standards:</b></p>
<p>
Adhere to all resort policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times.<br>
Ensure confidentiality of proprietary information and protect resort assets.<br>
Exemplify exceptional guest service by anticipating and addressing guest needs with genuine appreciation and warmth.<br>
Comply with quality assurance standards and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.</p>
<p><b>
Qualifications</b><br>
To execute the position of Sales &amp; Marketing Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent in a Hospitality, Marketing, Hotel or Business Management and at least 1 years&rsquo; experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.</li>
<li>Technical skills include Advanced MS Office &ndash; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I have social media channel management experience.</li>
<li>I have an excellent command of written and spoken English, and I am able to live in a remote location for extended periods of time and travel on single status.</li>
</ul>
