Your Job

In the absence of the Administrator, The Director of Nursing will assume the responsibility for the center's operations. This position will conduct the nursing process &ndash; assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation &ndash; under the scope of the State&rsquo;s Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure.

Principal Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assumes ultimate responsibility for coordinating plans for the total care of each resident which comply with physician&rsquo;s orders, governmental regulations and facility resident care policies.</li>
<li>Communicates and interprets policies and procedures to nursing staff, and monitors staff practices and implementation.</li>
<li>Participates in all admissions decisions, and may visit prospective residents before admissions.</li>
<li>Participates in daily and weekly management team meetings to discuss resident status, census changes, personnel, or resident complaints or concerns.</li>
<li>Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or assigned at any time with or without notice.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Currently licensed as RN in the state practiced.</li>
<li>Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited nursing school required.</li>

The opportunity:
As the Director of Nursing &amp; Respiratory Operations, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and scaling our nursing and respiratory programs. You will become a subject-matter expert and experiment with solutions that can support 10x growth in active students. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to advance a key pillar of Stepful's growth story, and will oversee a team of Program Directors, instructors, and coordinators.

This role reports to the Vice President, Learning, is New York-based, and involves bi-monthly travel to Missouri.

The target base salary range for this opportunity is $180,000 - $210,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits.
