Period of performance ends June 30 2027; closeout report to be submitted by July 15 2027.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare application, memorandum templates, and SOPs</li><li>Issue letters of notification to potentially impacted tribes statewide</li><li>Publish and promote application, invite priority communities to apply, and provide technical support to applicants</li><li>Coordinate with other grant administrators as needed</li><li>Score applications, notify apparent successful applicants and reserve applicants, verify eligibility, and execute Memorandums of Agreement</li><li>Coordinate with Technical Advisor to recommend qualified installers and verify equipment eligibility</li><li>Verify equipment installation via video site visit</li><li>Review invoices and forward for processing</li><li>Execute Closeout Memorandums</li><li>Manage grant budget per signed contract</li><li>Manage Grant Master Files, maintain data for each grant recipient that meets legal, auditing, and internal requirements</li><li>Communicate and collaborate with Foundation staff</li><li>Prepare and submit quarterly and closeout reports to Executive Director</li></ul>Professional Skills and Abilities<ul><li>Proven track record of successfully managing government-funded grant programs of $643,500 or more</li><li>5+ years professional experience</li><li>Detail orientated, systematic, proactive, communicative, and independent</li><li>Supportive stance toward faith-based nonprofit organizations</li><li>Ability to pass a background check</li></ul>Work EnvironmentFaith Foundation Northwest operates in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington with a combination of local staff and remote staff.
