Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Culinary Department in Doha, the Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for the overall management and execution of all pastry and bakery operations at Mandarin Oriental, Doha. This includes leading the culinary direction for the hotel&rsquo;s Pastry and Bakery Kitchens, covering areas such as Banquet, Catering, In-Room Dining, Mosaic, Baraha Lounge, Qaqaw, Cake Shop, and Gelato operations.
