Operational Management<ul><li>Oversee daily pastry production and ensure consistency across all branches (if applicable).</li><li>Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory levels.</li><li>Coordinate procurement of high-quality ingredients from approved suppliers in Qatar.</li><li>Implement production planning to meet business demands (weekend and peak hours).</li></ul>3. Quality &amp; Brand Standards<ul><li>Maintain premium presentation and taste standards aligned with the brand identity.</li><li>Conduct regular quality checks and product evaluations.</li><li>Ensure consistency across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery platforms.</li></ul>4. Leadership &amp; Team Development<ul><li>Lead and supervise pastry chefs, commis, and bakery staff.</li><li>Provide training on advanced pastry techniques and food safety standards.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and build succession planning.</li><li>Foster a multicultural team environment.</li></ul>5.
