QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, Communications, or related field, preferred.</li><li>
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.</li><li>
Must obtain a Tribal Administrative Assistant Certificate within one (1) year of employment.</li><li>
Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative support experience.</li><li>
Experience in supporting executive leadership and governing board, preferred.</li><li>
Experience preparing agendas, meeting minutes, board packets, and official records, preferred.</li><li>
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, preferred.</li><li>
Valid California Driver's License and ability to be insured through TRIHA.</li><li>
Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.</li><li>
If previously employed within the Tule River Indian Tribe of CA entities, you must have acceptable work history.</li></ul>

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>

Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, calculator, copier, and other standard office equipment.</li><li>
Ability to review and prepare reports, contracts, correspondence, and other documents requiring close visual attention.</li><li>

<ul><li>Maintains calendars for 3 Senior Executives
</li><li>Schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
</li><li>Manage travel arrangements
</li><li>Manage executive expenses, and enter information in software for budgeting control
</li><li>Answer phones and field questions or complaints
</li><li>Anticipate problems and critical issues in scheduling meetings
</li><li>Write correspondence on behalf of the executive staff
</li><li>Handle confidential matters including onboarding, terminations, living allowances, and wage and salary information
</li><li>Provide meeting planning support for annual company meeting (up to 300 employees) including invite lists, correspondence, venue selection, and logistics
</li><li>Use strategic thinking to seek ways to improve and increase the effectiveness of the department and organization as a whole
</li><li>Review resumes for various positions and coordinate interview schedules and travel
</li><li>Create presentations and organization charts
</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>College degree in business, communications or related field is required
</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistant role or similar role
</li><li>Ability to maintain discretion at all times
</li><li>Proficient with MS Office Programs (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
</li><li>Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
</li><li>Experience with data entry
</li><li>Experience with expense reporting
</li><li>Experience with planning and executing meetings
</li><li>Ability to take direction and prioritize responsibilities from 3 executive leaders
</li><li>Salary Range: $35 - $53 per hour
