The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of projects and events, particularly exhibition stalls and stand fabrication, while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and international partners.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities for international projects.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, events, and marketing projects.</li><li>Supervise stand fabrication and exhibition stall execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, logistics partners, and internal departments.</li><li>Manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.</li><li>Monitor budgets, control costs, and assist in financial tracking and reporting.</li><li>Prepare and maintain operational and project progress reports.</li><li>Identify operational challenges and provide effective solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards and international client requirements.</li><li>Support management in improving operational processes and efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.</li><li>4-5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles.</li><li>Hands-on experience in exhibition stall execution and stand fabrication (preferred).</li><li>International operations or project experience is required.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operational tools.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Exhibition stalls execution: Minimum 3 year</li><li>International project exposure: Required</li></ul>Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PMJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
