<li>Conduct didactic training, including medical terminology, EMR documentation, and History of Present Illness (HPI) writing tutorials and scenarios.</li>

<li>Facilitate clinical practice shifts for each scribe and assist in completion of an orientation checklist to determine that the new hire is competent to perform all duties required as a scribe on their own.</li>
<li>Conduct refresher floor training sessions. Re-train scribes when feedback/emails are less than satisfactory.</li>
<li>Be a resource for training questions or concerns.</li>
<li>Collect all the scheduling preferences for each month. Use these preferences to complete the monthly schedule.</li>
<li>Serve as main contact when a scribe has a last-minute scheduling conflict.</li>
<li>Assist Site Program Manager in regulating proper hours in accordance with each scribe’s status (PD, LPT, PT, or FT).</li>
