We are searching for a dynamic Manager - Creative Marketing &amp; Communications Strategy to develop and implement engaging content that brings our brand to life. We need a collaborative, energetic, and fresh-thinking individual who can help us shape our narrative and connect with our audience in new and exciting ways.
The Manager - Creative Marketing &amp; Communications Strategy will help develop visual, written, and multimedia content for a multitude of uses, including proposals. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven, with strong graphic design, writing, and project management skills.
 
 
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for:
<ul><li>Internal and external client and stakeholder newsletters
</li><li>Company news and press releases
</li><li>Corporate marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other collateral
</li><li>Award submissions
</li><li>Corporate website
</li><li>Social media
</li><li>RFQ and RFP responses/proposals, as needed
</li><li>Other project and corporate-related communications (event planning, assisting with photo shoots, etc.)
</li></ul></li><li>Ensure all communications uphold consistent corporate brand standards in visuals, writing, and tone
</li><li>Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media content management and management of Edgemoor's external website, ensuring content is engaging and accurate
</li><li>Assist with department operations, including vendor processing and payment and maintaining project tracking systems
</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to gather support for communications initiatives
</li><li>Execute content strategies that advance Edgemoor&rsquo;s brand awareness
</li><li>Help lead and support proposals
</li><li>Focus on how Edgemoor can better market our people as the best and the brightest in our industry
</li><li>Support people and culture initiatives as needed, including planning and coordination for corporate outings, such as conferences, off-sites, and volunteer events
</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:
<ul><li>8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in marketing and/or communications
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field
</li><li>Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Premiere Pro a plus
</li><li>Command of visual design principles to create appealing and effective communication
</li><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English grammar and a keen attention to detail
</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
</li><li>Experience with various web design platforms is a plus (Squarespace, Drupal)
</li><li>Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
</li><li>Ability to &ldquo;think outside the box&rdquo; and be creative

A Day in the Life of a Corporate Communications Manager:<div>
External Communication: 
<ul><li>Build organization's online reputation and trust through brand awareness and integrated communication plans on social media platforms- Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Corporate website and other mediums.</li><li>Make Corporate website a de facto source of information (draft new stories, update it in alignment with the entire organization regularly) and help us tell our story to build trust and help improve overall perception of the organization.</li><li>Build and manage online reputation by engaging with macro blogs and digital KOLs/ influencers across platforms to deliver greater digital PR exposure and mitigate risks by managing crisis effectively.</li><li>Build Corporate videos capturing organization's impactful success stories and amplifying brand image that can be leveraged across digital platforms, both internal and external.</li><li>Develop high quality corporate publications in building a cohesive corporate narrative (Annual Report, PR book, CSV brochures, etc.)</li><li>Events: Lead end to end execution and branding for all external and internal events done on behalf of Nestl&eacute; Corporate.</li><li>CEO&rsquo;s Communications: Draft senior executive communications including the CEO&rsquo;s speeches, talking points, messages for internal and external communications. Develop visual CEO communication for internal and external platforms.</li></ul></div><div>
Internal Communication: 
<ul><li>Lead digital internal communication channels- Workplace by Facebook, Our NEST, quarterly published newsletters, emailers, videos for screens and new digital mediums etc.</li><li>Lead and drive Global/ Zone internal campaigns and policies at Market level.</li><li>Lead communications for Leadership, and various functions for running internal campaigns and events.</li><li>Market focal point for strategy, design and best practices to departments communicating internally.</li><li>Lead and ensure compliance of internal branding at all sites in accordance with corporate communication guidelines.</li></ul></div>
What will make you successful? 
1. Prior experience of working with multinationals, larger local corporates, INGOs &amp; international donors. 
2. Experience in agency management and driving campaigns in collaboration. 
3. Strong stakeholder management skills with prior experience in managing the leadership cadres. 
4. Crisis management and reputation management experience will be an added plus.
