This role requires hands-on experience in social media management, strong content creation skills, and an understanding of F&amp;B trends to effectively engage with target audiences and drive customer loyalty.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to F&amp;B business needs and objectives.</li><li>Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.) and ensure consistent brand presence.</li><li>Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, posts) showcasing food, beverages, promotions, and events.</li><li>Collaborate with chefs, baristas, and outlet managers to highlight seasonal menus, new products, and special campaigns.</li><li>Monitor social media engagement, respond to customer comments/messages, and escalate feedback to management when required.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular reports.</li><li>Stay updated on social media trends, F&amp;B industry developments, and competitor activities.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to align online campaigns with offline promotions.</li><li>Ensure all online content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and marketing standards.</li><li>Support in planning and covering F&amp;B events, launches, and community activities.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator/Executive, preferably in the <b>Food &amp; Beverage / Hospitality sector</b>.</li><li>Strong understanding of F&amp;B culture, trends, and consumer behavior.</li><li>Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps).</li><li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage.</li><li>Photography and videography skills preferred.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>Do you have experience in FNB Sector</li><li>Current and expected salary</li><li>How many years of experience do you have as Social media coordinator?</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
