Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP or any ERP software and possess strong knowledge of inventory management within the construction, interior fit-out, aluminum, fa&ccedil;ade, or manufacturing industries.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, equipment, and finished goods.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or any ERP system.</li><li>Issue materials to production teams, project sites, and departments against approved requests.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages.</li><li>Organize warehouse storage for maximum efficiency, accessibility, and safety.</li><li>Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.</li><li>Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records and investigate discrepancies.</li><li>Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), delivery documentation, and inventory reports.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and project teams to ensure smooth material flow.</li><li>Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.</li><li>Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and provide recommendations.</li><li>Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with company HSE policies.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, or Inventory Controller.</li><li>Experience in the interior fit-out, construction, aluminum, fa&ccedil;ade, glazing, manufacturing, or building materials industry is preferred.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP ERP is highly preferred; experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or other ERP systems will also be considered.</li><li>Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material management.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment while maintaining inventory accuracy.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>SAP MM (Materials Management) or equivalent ERP module experience.</li><li>Knowledge of warehouse documentation and inventory best practices.</li><li>Understanding of construction and fit-out materials.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Time management and multitasking skills.</li><li>Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.</li></ul>Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
