Possess a clear understanding of the CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel - Store, Online, Catalog.</li><li>

 At Grasim Premium Fabric, the OTC Design team is responsible for the development of the design collections for the company&rsquo;s OTC brands &ndash; Soktas and Giza House. In April 2024, the company decided to launch a new OTC brand &ndash; GRASIM FINE FABRICS. The new brand will conduct 4 quarterly booking conferences, inviting distributors from various regions of the country to place their order bookings. The designer in this position will handle the responsibility of designing the collection for the new brand. The new brand has been launched in the mid-premium segment which is currently populated by brands such as Arvind, Siyarams and Raymond. So the designer will be challenged to create designs which are better and unique as compared to the competition. Also, as this is a new brand launch, the designer will be required to understand the market and customer requirements and then develop the collection accordingly.
