</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise fabrication of structural steel works at the fabrication yard in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards (IS, Eurocode, AISC, etc.).
</li><li>Coordinate closely with HO Engineering Team, fabricators, QC teams, inspectors, and construction teams to ensure correct interpretation and implementation of drawings and technical requirements.
</li><li>Review shop drawings, fabrication details, material take-offs, and cutting plans related to steel structures.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved method statements, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), inspection and test plans (ITP), and quality control requirements.
</li><li>Monitor fabrication progress against schedule and report delays, constraints, and corrective actions to project management.
</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of fabrication activities, including material handling, cutting, welding, bolting, surface preparation, and painting.
</li><li>Ensure y material certificates, mill test certificates (MTCs), and ensure traceability of materials throughout fabrication.
