This role processes work from Revit fabrication models and WebDuct/ecommerce systems, applies Comfort Systems USA Southeast fabrication standards, and prepares jobs for production equipment including plasma, coil line, and forming. It also includes reviewing shop drawings to ensure accuracy prior to fabrication.</div>
<div>This is an advanced-level role requiring independent processing, sound decision-making, and proactive problem resolution. The ideal candidate must be very thorough when working on the shop floor and must know how to accurately draw fittings.</div>

<ul><li>Process ductwork from Revit models into CAMduct</li>
<li>Process WebDuct / online orders into CAMduct jobs</li>
<li>Accurately draw fittings for fabrication</li>
<li>Apply predefined fabrication standards (connectors, seams, gauges, oversize rules)</li>
<li>Prepare developed patterns for shop use</li>
<li>Verify quantities, dimensions, and constructability</li>
<li>Communicate errors, discrepancies, or missing information</li>
<li>Maintain clean job organization and labeling</li>
<li>Apply and modify seams, oversize rules, and reinforcement strategies</li>
<li>Resolve conflicts prior to shop release</li>
<li>Coordinate with detailing, engineering, and fabrication teams</li>
<li>Maintain CAMduct standards and assist in mentoring junior staff</li>
