The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a Master Electrician.</li><li>
The candidate must have exceptional knowledge of the National Electrical Code (specifically bonding and grounding) and its application in construction.</li><li>
Candidate must be familiar with the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-520-01, 2010, Interior Electrical Systems, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70-2008, National Electrical Code (NEC) 2020 standard for 60 Hz systems, and British Standard 7671, 18th edition (BS7671, 18th Ed) for 50 Hz systems.</li><li>
Candidate must have basic computer skills in common business software including email, spreadsheets, and documents (MS-Outlook, MS-Excel and MS-Word or equivalent).</li><li>
International experience and CENTCOM AOR specific experience are preferred.</li><li>

Additional Information:</b></p><ul><li>
The candidate must have the ability to work under austere conditions in the CENTCOM AOR.</li><li>
Must pass a medical screening physical.</li><li>
Lodging location is anywhere in the CENTCOM AOR within US Government provided billeting or commercial apartments provided by Versar.</li><li>
The candidate must pass a background check and be cleared by the US government before deployment.</li><li>
The candidate must possess a valid US Passport with a minimum of 18 months before expiration.</li><li>
The work locations are in remote areas of CENTCOM and the quality-of-life support is moderate.</li><li>
Candidates should expect to work six days a week, 12 hours a day.</li><li>
All meals, life support, transportation, and security will be provided by the US Government or by Versar.</li><li>
The candidate must commit to a one-year employment term in the CENTCOM AOR. During this term, the candidate will receive two, two-week Rest and Relaxation periods outside of CENTCOM.</li><li>
Standard US wages will be uplifted for remote working conditions, and an elevated work week of 72 hours per week.</li></ul><p><b>

The Projects Contracts Manager is permanently assigned to the Project&rsquo;s commercial and contractual management. A comprehensive knowledge of the principles governing all terms and conditions of contracts, Company contracts policies, and the Company industry, are prerequisites.</p><p></p><p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Responsible for preparation of tender packages for Assigned Projects for the Client approval in Client's Model Contracts format and layout.</li><li>
Responsible for raising requests of contract action once approved by the Client.</li><li>
Monitors and reports the progress of the tender packages for assigned projects.</li><li>
Assists the Client in conducting pre-tender meetings, site visits, replies to tenderers' queries, preparation of supplementary letters to the ITB, evaluation of tenders, recommendations of award, internal and external approvals for award recommendations, preparation of contract documentation for signature.</li><li>
Provides close monitoring of construction activities of awarded contracts with reference to areas of possible claims, review of construction contractor correspondence with respect to contractual impact, production of recommended responses by the Client, evaluation of construction claims as well as other related activities enumerated in the contract.</li><li>
Participates in Company strategic planning for specific projects, i.e., risk assessment, bid/no bid analysis, business plan.</li><li>
Ensures accuracy and timeliness of contract administration by the assigned Contract Administrators.</li><li>
Coordinates with affected groups to ensure proper support in contract administration, proposal preparation, and in negotiations.</li><li>
Reviews requests for proposals particularly to identify risks and terms which may not conform to Company policy.</li><li>
