 MWR Fitness Specialist
 
 , you will work in the MWR and Fitness Areas. Although your primary location will be Cargo City, expectation is you to be available to perform duties at all MWR and Fitness locations as required.
 
 
 As a Fitness Specialist you will be conducting activities and/or event that will be held twice on the day it is scheduled, at each service location, so both shifts have the ability to participate. Run and manage resale activities including alcohol sales. Must be knowledgeable of the regulations and rules of play regarding all weekly recreational activities and tournaments hosted within the facilities, with the ability to promptly answer all guest inquiries. Will be hosting MWR special events. Hosting an event may include set-up and tear down of equipment and decorations, audiovisual support, arranging/providing transportation (to include qualified licensed drivers and vehicles) of entertainers (estimated maximum of 20) between point of arrival and the base and during their stay on base, escorting entertainers to and from the event, and providing labor and supervision to support the event as required. As the Recreation Specialist, you may also work in the Lodging office completing reservations, in-processing and out-processing of personnel and performing vacant room checks.

 As the
 
 Lodging Manager,
 
 the person will manage Lodging/Linen Exchange ensuring successful lodging functions inclusive of reservations, check in, check out, linen exchange, building and room preventative maintenance inspections, inventory, restocking, safety inspections, general maintenance and cleaning and all related tasks.
 
 
 
 Essential Job Functions

 Shall oversee and participate in providing linen exchange services at the Lodging Main Office for personnel checking in and out.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilizing Government Lodging Software shall check personnel in and out of assigned rooms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training to all employees on Government provided software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage accountability and bed space assignments provided from Customer transactions, First Sergeant room rosters, and the results of room occupancy validations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain bed down database with a minimum of required data inclusive of individual&rsquo;s name, rank, gender, branch of service, arrival/departure date, and building/room number assignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accomplish daily occupancy checks of all vacant rooms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate rosters and other pertinent data to the Government upon request.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain adequate key and door code control for all Lodging facilities with no more than one (1) discrepancy quarterly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide at least one (1) central lodging processing point for checking personnel in and out.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain 100 percent room/Customer accountability and provide 24 hours a day / 7 days a week locator service. Must maintain accurate lodging data with no more than four (4) discrepancies allowed per month.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the linen exchange with a workload of an average of 285 linen sets per day.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must ensure linen exchange can provide an immediate exchange of 325 individuals per hour and sustain such volume for 2 hours.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform DVQ services inclusive of making beds, cleaning DVQ rooms as required, restocking refrigerators with water and other duties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure collection of all linen in all transient tents, transient rooms, and DVQ rooms. Items collected are delivered to the linen collection point.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned by Site Manager in support of any aspect of the mission.

 Education &amp; Experience

 High School diploma or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must maintain access to workload data and sensitive information from 386 LAN.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be knowledgeable of CQMAPs software and capable of training all employees in accurate use of software.
 </li>

 Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in supervising and managing DOD or comparable lodging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in hospitality and services management industry as well as aseptic cleaning procedures.
 </li>

 Must be capable of resolving customer complaints in a professional manner and deescalating customer conflict using active listening, empathy and problem-solving skills.

Lodging Manager

<div>PAE is seeking a Custodian for a position, pending contract award, performing ISS (Installation Support Services) functions at Ali Al Salem base and Cargo City in Kuwait. The Custodian will be responsible for providing custodial services in tents, trailers, laundry facilities, and other designated areas as assigned. The Custodian will perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Technical Lead, Site Manager or Program leadership IAW international, US, Air Force, PWS criteria, manufacturer and any other industry standards/criteria.
