 Source, schedule, and appraise purchased materials, ensuring timely availability on site; monitor labor allocation and adjust resources in coordination with cinema teams and subcontractors.

 Prepare, review, and update short-term work programs for staff, labor, and plant, ensuring projects stay within timescales and budget.

 Maintain accurate registers for fixed assets, as-built drawings, maintenance schedules, and track compliance with preventive maintenance plans through subcontractors.

 Ensure proper execution of facilities management contracts (cleaning, maintenance), monitor sub-contractor agreements, and implement energy-saving initiatives where appropriate.

 Maintain site working practices according to the company&rsquo;s health and safety plan; coordinate with the HSE team to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure emergency information is accurate and visible.

 Coordinate with subcontractors, cinema representatives, and internal teams to ensure technical documentation, operation manuals, and contract requirements are available, updated, and implemented correctly.

Job Purpose: 
The Facilities Engineer is tasked with maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency, safety, and quality of the factory&rsquo;s buildings and infrastructure. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance, supervising project work, and managing facility upgrades or renovations. What your day-to-day will look like:

 Conduct site inspections with facility team members covering daily cleaning, HVAC systems, and landscaping while managing moves/adds/changes including desk assignments and furniture management
 Oversee small project management activities including budget creation and activity planning for site improvements, refurbishments, renovations, and expansions
 Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Deskside/IT, Global Telecom, Global Security, Global A/V, and security guards to ensure seamless operations
 Track utility usage (electric, water, gas) and develop innovative ideas to reduce environmental impact while liaising with regulatory bodies and safety groups
 Manage daily health and safety issues including maintaining regular scheduled meetings, records of fire and safety teams, fire drills, safety equipment, and training programs.
 
Required Qualifications: 
Diploma or degree level education in technical discipline (Engineering, Building Services, or related field)
 Valid electrical license certification as required for the role
 Knowledge of statutory and regulatory maintenance requirements for client assets and contract management

Required: Min. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical (Power) Engineering.
General Experience:
Expertise in brownfield project execution &amp; experienced throughout project life-cycle (Engineering to Start-up support). Experienced as a Lead Electrical &amp; Subsea Power engineer &amp; TA2 in major brownfield execution / Turnaround projects is an added advantage.
Expertise in assuring maintenance works within the electrical and subsea power domain.
Specific Experience:
<ul><li>15+ years of increasingly responsible Electrical and Subsea Power engineering experience, including managing EPCM engineering contractor(s) and construction support at site.
</li><li>Applied knowledge of HSSE framework and Technical Assurance Frameworks.
</li><li>Sound experience in designing power generation and distribution facilities for Gas Compression stations.
</li><li>Sound experience in designing Subsea Power networks.
</li><li>deep knowledge in international standards in the areas his/her discipline.
</li><li>Principles and procedures of record keeping and report preparation.
</li></ul>Competencies:
The candidate must be skilled in Electrical Safety, Hazardous Areas and Ex Equipment, Electrical &amp; Subsea Power System Design / Modification, Electrical &amp; Subsea Power System Studies, Electrical System Protection and Control, Electrical &amp; Subsea Power Standards, Electrical &amp; Subsea Power Equipment Selection, Electrical &amp; Subsea Power Drawings, Electrical &amp; Subsea Power Construction / Commissioning, and Electrical &amp; Subsea Power Maintenance.
