Position Summary</b></p><p>
The Facilities Assistant (Mobile Medical Coach Backup Driver) is primarily responsible for day-to-day facilities maintenance, repairs, and operational support across Harmony Healthcare Long Island sites.</p><p>
In addition to core Facilities duties, this role will serve as a designated backup driver for the Medical Mobile Coach when the primary driver is unavailable or additional coverage is required. Mobile Coach driving is not the primary function of this role, but candidates must be qualified and willing to safely operate the vehicle as needed.</p><p><b>
RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Responsible for day-to-day facility maintenance &amp; cleaning</li><li>

<p><b>Job Summary</b></p>
<p>
Big Sandy Community &amp; Technical College is seeking 3 Part-time Facilities Workers at our Prestonsburg Campus. Shifts are 9:00-1:00 and 2:00-6:00.</p>
<p><b>Job Duties:</b></p>
<ul><li>Maintains grounds to insure the proper time to care for plants, water, reseeds all
</li></ul> landscape and grounds plantings such as grass, trees, shrubs and flowers.<br>
<ul><li>Maintains related landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment. Mows, weed-
</li></ul> eats/edges, and removes snow utilizing mowing machines and other equipment.<br>
<ul><li>Order and pick up supplies as needed.</li><li>Performs room set-up for events, assembles and delivers furniture, and moves and/or
</li></ul> hauls equipment/furniture as needed.<br>
<ul><li>Includes custodial work as needed such as cleaning, disinfecting, floor
</li></ul> maintenance, and trash disposal.<br>
<ul><li>Assists with routine maintenance on campus.
</li></ul> May have to travel to assist at other campuses or work other shifts as needed.<br>
<ul><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br>
<p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></p>
<p>
High School Diploma or GED</p>
<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<p>
1 to 2 years Experience Preferred.</p>
