Job Function
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day repair, preventative maintenance, and operational support of all Mira Vista Country Club facilities. This role supports a private club environment requiring a high level of attention to detail, discretion, responsiveness, and technical competency.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Strive to achieve the MVCC Vision &amp; Mission each day.</li><li>Conduct yourself in a manner that represents all MVCC core values.</li><li>Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance across clubhouse, locker rooms, dining areas, kitchens, pool and aquatics, tennis facilities, offices, and back-of-house areas.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, carpentry, drywall, and painting issues.</li><li>Assist with pool and aquatics maintenance support and safety checks.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance needs.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and contractors as directed.</li><li>Maintain professionalism in all member-facing areas.</li></ul>
Requirements:

The Facility Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the P&amp;M Facility. This role helps ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained work environment by coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, material handling, and basic administrative activities in line with NOV HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facility Operations &amp; Housekeeping
<ul><li>Support daily housekeeping and facility maintenance activities.

</li><li>Ensure cleanliness of offices, meeting rooms, washrooms, pantries, stores, common areas, parking, and outdoor areas.
