</b></p><ul><li>Assist in the hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, motivating, positively disciplining and planning of the activities of engineering department team members.

</li><li>Assist in ensuring that effective and concise preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

</b></li><li>Ensure effective inter-departmental communication and good relations between the engineering team members and members of fellow departments within the hotel. The ability to assist in compiling a report on consumable materials.

</li><li>Ensure all areas of the hotel are patrolled and inspected daily as well as all lighting is in good order.
