 <div><ul><li>Executes communication strategies and plans
</li><li>Helps establish communication plans that support business and content strategies, as well as client project needs
</li><li>Works on problems using analysis of various factors to reach creative solutions within area of expertise
</li><li>Collaborates with internal stakeholders to create and curate content
</li><li>Develops and reports on analytics to make recommendations for improvements

Education:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
</li></ul>Work Experience:
<ul><li>4+ years of experience in communications or a related field

</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills and customer-service ethic
</li><li>Proven creativity, organizational ability, and strong attention to detail
</li><li>Demonstrated professionalism, including the ability to express oneself clearly in interactions with others in verbal and written communications, both one-on-one and with a group
</li><li>Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively in a larger multidisciplinary team
</li><li>Aptitude for problem-solving, taking initiative to set priorities, and handling multiple projects efficiently and effectively
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to set and meet goals, objectives, and obligations while representing the mission, visions, and values of the organization
</li></ul>Proficient in communication development tools and industry-standard technologies
