They are intended to accurately reflect the principal requirements of the position.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 8+ years of facilities experience including managing a facilities team, preferably in a nonprofit or church setting</li><li>Training or licensing in one of the following areas: Plumbing, HVAC-R, or Electrical</li><li>Prior supervisory experience managing scheduling and staffing for various events.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of training and experience required.</li><li>Possesses or is able to obtain NYC Certificates of Fitness as designated by the Church.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish respect, credibility and trust and maintain productive working relationships at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Ability to use discretion and good judgment in a variety of circumstances with proven ability to effectively, continuously and discretely work with confidential and potentially sensitive information.</li><li>Knowledge and experience in applying best practices for work safety and be familiar with all local and state building codes, preferably in an academic setting.</li><li>Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, sit and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.</li><li>Proficiency in Office Suite and Slack.</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Collaborative and mission-driven team environment</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, paid leave, and professional development support.</li></ul>Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Facilities maintenance: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>New York, NY 10128 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
