 Maintain list of machinery/ test equipment for calibration and maintain the calibration certificate.

 Ensures adherence to health and safety policy and procedures.

 Ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency of the Facilities and there maintenance.

 Ensuring CCTV maintenance and new implementation.

 Engage with Pest control vendors for services.
 </li>

 Preparation and maintenance of internal compliance documents related to operations.
 </li>

 Must provide equipment-related knowledge and technical guidance to ensure proper work execution to users/team.

 Responsible for the overall administration and management of staff accommodation in coordination with Admin and H&amp;S Officer

 As required, advises management on any changes to Local Municipality and Government Regulatory&nbsp;Boards legislation relating to Facilities and Utilities
