<ul><li>Identifies problems with all heating and air systems and performs repairs and scheduled maintenance. Oversees repair technicians on an as needed basis</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitors and treats all facilities for pest control on a regular basis. Oversees pest technicians on an as needed basis.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Plans out daily work schedule for self when lead facilities technician is absent with the facilities manager. Monitors help desk request and updates work order log in facilities folder.</li></ul>
</div><div><b>Other Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Ensures parking lots and ATM areas at branch locations are clean and free of trash and debris.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for timely completion of &quot;handyman&quot; repairs. When necessary, assists management in identifying outside companies to perform repairs or complete more comprehensive projects.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assists with moving furniture and equipment and unloading and storing supplies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assists departments with organizing, storing and destruction of records.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assists Courier with delivering inter-office mail and equipment to branches.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Serves as back-up for daily mail delivery and pick-up from Post Office in absence of Courier</li></ul>

The Electrical/Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of electrical components, apparatus, systems, facilities, and related electronic controls of varying design or complexity. He/she troubleshoots and repairs the electrical systems of the organization and should have experience in the manufacturing industry or maintenance environment and an understanding of electrical processes.</p><p>
In addition, the Electrical Maintenance Technician is expected to perform mechanical repairs. Multicraft experience is a plus.<br>

<b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Uses skills and abilities to identify faulty equipment and the parts and equipment needed to complete repairs</li><li>
Installs/repairs control and distribution mechanisms such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels as well as conduit and wire</li><li>
Tests continuity of circuits to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components</li><li>
Disassembles and repairs defective electrical equipment or systems</li><li>
Uses appropriate tools, such as multi meter, ampere meter, hand and power tools, etc.</li><li>
Performs electrical problem solving and assists with all aspects of electrical troubleshooting</li><li>
Repairs critical equipment, performs preventive and predictive maintenance, and completes projects such as electrical hardware upgrades</li><li>
Repairs or replaces control devices such as photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, etc., as needed</li><li>
Communicates accurately, concisely, and professionally with customers and team members about repair steps taken, parts ordered, and time estimated until completion</li><li>
Participates in team meetings, prioritizing and reviewing work orders to schedule daily work</li><li>
Acquires new electrical knowledge to prepare for future assignments and responsibilities</li><li>
Ensures all safety procedures, practices, and regulations are followed before, during, and after all processes</li><li>

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
At least two years of combined training and experience as an industrial electrician or in electrical work</li><li>
Able to clearly express core electrical principles</li><li>
Able to troubleshoot industrial electrical issues in a timely manner</li><li>
Able to express basic electronic principles used in electrical maintenance technician work assignments</li><li>
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and/or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) knowledge is preferred</li><li>
Highly-disciplined, problem-solving, logical-thinking, troubleshooting team player with a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills</li><li>
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation(s); ability to lift and carry products and/or equipment of up to 50 lbs</li><li><p>
