A Day in the Life<ul><li>Conduct facility visits to identify areas for improvement and address any maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and security concerns. The schedule of the visits will be determined by the District Manager.</li><li>Conduct full walk-through report at the assigned facilities to verify unit rental status, delinquency status, and maintenance status.</li><li>Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.</li><li>Diagnose and complete minor plumbing issues, including snake drains, snake toilets, repair leaking faucets, and replace difference components to a toilet or sink, etc.</li><li>Diagnose and complete minor electrical issues, including wiring, fixtures, and equipment.</li><li>Install, upgrade, or replace electrical components as needed.</li><li>Complete landscape maintenance, including weed whipping, mowing, trimming of shrubs, maintaining landscape beds, and weed spra</li><li>Complete snow maintenance, including snow plowing, shoveling, and de-icing to ensure safe and clear pathways during winter weather conditions.</li><li>Maintains the grounds as assigned which may include trash pick-up, shoveling, and sweeping curb/dumpster area, maintaining landscape beds and other areas.</li><li>Maintain facility security and components including unit doors, locks, hasps, gate, and cameras.</li><li>Complete applicable steps in our delinquent tenant management process.</li><li>Monitoring and responding to communications via email, phone, and messages.</li><li>Maintaining tenant accounts by documenting all interactions and site findings, including capturing and uploading photos or videos to the appropriate systems as needed.</li><li>Communicating with tenants in a timely and professional manner regarding any issues that arise with their unit or the facility.</li></ul>
Requirements

<ul>
<li>Minimum of 10+ years of experience with 5 years in a maintenance supervisory role with exhibiting progressive leadership</li>
<li>Mining and/or oilfield experience is preferred</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Electrical experience a must</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands:
<ul>
<li>Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the site/facility.</li>
<li>Frequently lift 65 lbs. or more.</li>
<li>Frequently climbs ladders and stairs.</li>
